Renewed The Vikes are back

Hey the Vikes have won five in a row, what are the chances in your mind, of the Vikes winning four and going on to win in the post season? I'm asking the question and I'd like to dialougue with you about it.
Also, my brother-in-law, Jason wants to starte a family fantasy football league what do you think?

  • I think the schedule sets up pretty good for them. Pittsburgh is a tough game. The Bears are playing as well as anyone. There are a lot of teams in the wild card race. I think they have a decent shot at a wild card spot, but I don't think they have enough offense to win in the playoffs on the road.

  • If they can't beat Pittsburgh, they can forget about the playoffs. If they can, they can beat pretty much anyone on a given day. They have a better chance of winning the division outright than taking a Wild Card spot, in my estimation. Someone has to take one from Chiago besides the Vikes have to win that final game of the season.

  • Well there you go Boys, Chicago lost the one game, now all the Vikes need to do is win Three. I agree with you tho' Frankie, they need to figure something out Offensively if they want to win in the post season.

  • They had a good shot at the wild card until Dallas and Tampa Bay pulled big upsets on Sunday. Now they're tied for the last wild card spot with Dallas and Atlanta. Carolina, Tampa Bay and Atlanta have all beaten the Vikings. Right now I think we need to win out or have Atlanta beat Chicago next week. Either way we need to win the division to get home field in the first round. We'll know a lot more about the character of this team after they play Pittsburgh.

  • Next year. If the Vikes improve their offensive line and add a top running back they'll be a threat to go far. I'd love to see them sign Alexander or draft Maroney. Jamal Lewis is a possibility. We need someone we can count on in short yardage and goal line situations.
